Mind

The mind is often racing because of stresses of everyday life. Or it can be caught in a “fight or flight” pattern from a traumatic event that doesn’t “know” the threat is over, causing: hyper vigilance; sleep disturbances; over reactions; panic attacks; reflux; digestive troubles; irritable bowel syndrome; migraines; and many other symptoms.

Emotional traumas that are too much for an individual at the time, can get stored in the physical body, robbing that area of energy to keep it maintained there. Thought patterns, too, from people of importance to an individual, can get stored in the physical body as well, interfering with the function of the tissues they are stored in.

These things can all be perceived with different assessment tools and balanced, freed if needed, excess sympathetic or fight or flight energy discharged, so the person can be calmer, more in the present, and happier with less negative symptoms and more at peace.
