Body

The body is a wonderful instrument with many systems that work in harmony and perform millions of functions a day. When working at it’s best, there are no symptoms of pain or disease in the body. The body learns to compensate around lesions caused by traumas. After an accumulation of traumas, the body can run out of compensatory ability. When this happens symptoms appear, often far away from the primary problem or lesion. These traumas can be physical, emotional, or mental, and can even begin in utero.

Because the body “hugs” a lesion, they can be found and freed through various techniques depending on the cause. These techniques are gentle. Different manual assessments can determine the hierarchy of the lesions so that the ones causing the body to compensate the most can be released first. The more lesions released, the more compensatory ability the body has before symptoms appear and the more the body can function optimally.
